1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the astrological consultation services provided. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Services Provided You will receive:

- Holistic Overview
The service includes 2 hours of preparatory work and a 1.5-hour live consultation.
3. Client Obligations Clients must provide accurate personal information necessary for the astrological analysis and be punctual for consultations.
4. Payment Details of payment amounts, due dates, and acceptable methods will be provided upon booking. All sales are final, barring exceptional circumstances determined at our discretion.
5. Confidentiality All client information and consultation discussions are confidential and will not be disclosed without consent.
6. Intellectual Property Materials provided during consultations are for personal use and remain the property of the service provider.
7. Disclaimer Services are based on astrological principles and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
8. Cancelation policy Please give 24 hours advance notice to cancel/reschedule your appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee. If you cancel 12-24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. If you cancel 12 hours or less before your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service fee.
